In Season 5, Captain Burnham and the U.S.S. Discovery crew unearth a mystery that propels them on a galactic quest to locate an ancient force whose presence has been intentionally concealed for centuries. Others, though, are also on the prowl—dangerous adversaries who will do whatever it takes to win the prize for themselves.

By the end of this year, the 10-episode fifth season should wrap up production, although the exact date of its premiere has not been announced as yet.

You can watch the first four seasons of Discovery in the United States only on Paramount+. Internationally, the series is accessible on Pluto TV in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland as well as Paramount+ in Australia, Italy, Latin America, the U.K., and South Korea on the Pluto TV Sci-Fi channel.
